We ask about the house so we can come prepared, then set a time to see it in person and measure. Your quote is free, and it is written so you can see what each part of the job covers.
We are licensed and insured, and the lighting we install carries a 10-year product warranty. If earlier lights or trim were damaged by ice or a storm, mention it on the call. We can photograph what we find and explain what that documentation tends to show an insurance company, without speaking for your adjuster or promising an outcome.
Helpful to Have Ready Before You Call
